Abstract
This scientific article examines the influence of manual anti-cellulite massage techniques on subcutaneous fat tissue and related aesthetic parameters. The study focuses on the physiological mechanisms associated with manual stimulation, including local microcirculation, lymphatic drainage, connective tissue mobility, and tissue metabolism.
Particular attention is given to the role of manual techniques in body contouring, cellulite reduction, and the improvement of skin texture and elasticity. The article discusses how targeted anti-cellulite massage may support fluid movement, reduce tissue congestion, and contribute to visible improvements in the appearance of subcutaneous tissue when integrated into a comprehensive aesthetic and wellness program.
The findings suggest that manual anti-cellulite massage can serve as a supportive non-invasive approach for figure correction, aesthetic rehabilitation, and functional improvement of soft tissues.
