Abstract
This scientific article examines the principles of figure shaping through metabolic adaptation and integrated kinesiology. The study focuses on physiological, biomechanical, and lifestyle-related factors that influence body composition, energy metabolism, and functional movement patterns.
Particular attention is given to the role of metabolic adaptation in weight management, body contouring, and long-term physical transformation. The article also explores integrated kinesiology as an interdisciplinary approach that combines movement science, functional anatomy, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation principles.
The findings suggest that effective figure shaping requires a comprehensive strategy based on energy balance, physical activity, neuromuscular coordination, functional movement, and individualized wellness interventions.
